Our friends at Volivoli Beach Resort once again took the lead and proactively celebrated FIJI DAY with their staff and guests getting hands-on with yet another great environmental and fun activity as mangrove propagation.
Mangrove’s play such a critically important part of the ecosystem from marine and bird nurseries, water filtering, foreshore erosion protection and so much more.
On this special day they managed to propagate over 500 more seedlings, as well as spread a little education, which will be relocated to key shorelines throughout Suncoast Fiji in a few weeks’ time as they develop and mature.
They also had some super drink specials and HAPPY HOUR prices all day, and all night long, to help keep the celebratory spirit as fluid as possible.
